After more than 20 years experience in the food industry - retail, wholesale, food preparation, equipment maintenance and food safety compliance - we identified a need in the market for a business that could take care of all the "other stuff" that was not aligned to a particular trade or supplier but is essential to running an efficient, hygienic and compliant food service business. Literally on the back of a question that went "but who does that other stuff?" the idea was created and TOCKS - "The Other Commercial Kitchen Stuff" was born.
